What?
At Work=Play you will be able to participate in interactive workshops introducing you to a wide variety of games and gamebased:
- techniques you can use to
- facilitate difficult meetings
- stimulate collaboration and co-creation
- increase engagement of your colleagues and customers
- get to common goals and understanding within a team
- improve insight into what your customers really want
The hands-on experience from these workshops will give you more insight than any book can, and may answer most of the questions that have been running around in your head. Through interaction with the facilitators and other participants, you will be able to experience the techniques so that it will be a lot easier for you to start applying them in your context.
The goal of this conference is that you leave home inspired and energized to start playing in your work environment. Show people around you that doing your work in a seriously playful way can actually activate more FUN.
For who
It doesn't matter who you are, or where you come from. We want to invite you, to be yourself and be different from the rest of the participants. There will be inspiring workshops for everyone and you help decide which workshops to follow and even which ones make it to the program.
